KCF COVID-19 Prevention Challenge

During this COVID-19 pandemic, KCF, (Kedari Charitable Organization,) recognized as a powerful voice of personal accountability will be running a series of short social media challenges to remind us of the need to exhibit utmost personal accountability at this time and also to have some fun.

As an organization focusing on practising “Personal Accountability as the foundation of success in every area of life, we would like to invite anyone between the ages of 13  to 30 years to compose a song with the title: Be Accountable To Defeat COVID-19. The song should show how practising any of the COVID-19 Preventive measures- PHYSICAL DISTANCING, HANDWASHING, RESPIRATORY HYGIENE, PERSONAL HYGIENE, SELF-ISOLATION are demonstrations of Accountability.

For example, washing our hands regularly protects us and protects our families and that is ACCOUNTABILITY. Physical Distancing protects all of us and not practising it is not being accountable.

Entry Rules:

  • The song should be no longer than 60 seconds.
  • The song title is: Be Accountable To Defeat COVID-19
  • The song should highlight how being accountable is a way to defeat COVID-19, by practising any of the preventive measures.
  • The song can be recorded using any app but must be uploaded to Instagram or Twitter.
  • All entries should be uploaded to social media tagging Kedari Foundation – on Twitter: @KedariFDN and on Instagram @kedarifoundation and use the hashtag: #KCF_COVID19Challenge.
  • Songs can be uploaded in English, Pidgin English or Local language.
  • This challenge is open to only people resident in Nigeria.
  • Winners will be contacted via social media.
  • Deadline for submissions is 15th of May 2020.

Prizes:

  • 1st Prize: 5,000 Naira worth of Internet data (from 15GB depending on network)
  • 2nd Prize: 3,500 Naira worth of Internet data (from 10GB depending on the network)
  • 3rd Prize: 1,500 Naira worth of Internet data ( from 3GB depending on the network)
