KCF Hosts Panel Discussion on Accountability in the Workplace



On the 29th of May 2018, the KCF held a panel discussion titled, Accountability: A Success Booster in The Workplace, the third in its series of panel discussions. The first panel discussion was held in 2015, with the title, Accountability Speaks.

 

The keynote, which was delivered by Mr. Bunmi Olufeko, Head, Quality Assurance, Union Bank, emphasized the need for organizations to develop processes that would allow them hold their staff accountable if they wanted to build sustainable organizations.

 

Seated on the panel were Lekan Sanni of Vitafoam; Mohammed Tukur of the National Orientation Agency; Yosola Odunaiya, Treasurer FBN Trustee; Funlola Buraimoh, Asst. Lecturer at LASUCOM; Nkiru Oke, Quality Control consultant; Jumoke Akindolire, an HR Consultant; and Ajibade Oluwabiyi, CEO BPL Nig. Ltd.

 

The occasion was also used to highlight the KCF Accountability Challenge and reward the participants who took part in the first phase. The Accountability Challenge is one of the initiatives of the KCF, which will require participants to use different art forms to depict a topic related to accountability. The KCF intends to use the challenge as a means to drive more awareness about personal accountability amongst the youths.
